How do I know if a married man is flirting with me

Ok so I work this guy he is well known married and has a baby. So fast forward within a couple months in the job. There was and still is this extreme attraction towards eachother. We give each strong looks as if nobody else is in the area. We talked about his life and he asks me a lot of questions about my life. He does little side touches and elbow touches. He always looks at me and finds a way to come and talk to me. How do I know if he’s flirting with me or am I just making things up in my head.
