I have it for a couple weeks now and its really scary. Its anxiety related where your mind makes you think everything is a dream and you're not alive

When is the last time you had a good physical?

Lack of sleep, poor nutrition, over stimulation, drugs and/or alcohol, or stress can cause your symptoms you describe.

Are you currently under a Dr's care.

What is your age?

I haven't had a physical since 2013

I'm 22 and don't do drugs or drink
