Hello All! I am a father and have been paying support for 4 years and my health insurance has gone up in the check for the past three years. Could this be worth a court looking at it for a mod?

Speaking from general experience, I'd say the court probably doesn't care unless MAYBE the custodial parent is making significantly more money and has access to better healthcare and agrees that he/she should be providing insurance.
