1) Over time, a variety of concepts and cultures have collided with vehemently each other in here and flew up new sparks.

2) Over time, a variety of concepts and cultures made a crossfire here and flew up new sparks.


If none, polish them please.

I recommend dropping either "over time" or "have", and replacing "and sparks flew" with "sending sparks flying".

"Over time a variety of concepts and cultures collided vehemently with each other sending sparks flying."

I'd also recommend substituting "collided" with "clashed".

Actually I'm going to ask for context, new sparks flying over time doesn't make sense to me.
