At the top of my legs, whee they meet my hips, I have these little divits like muffin top on low rise jeans. I've always been over weight, thick and curvy, and active. After losing 30 lbs from being sick and also getting into the gym I felt great and looked REALLY GOOD. But then I sprained both of my ankles really badly on a hike and went back to a high calorie, sedentary life while they healed. My booty was my favorite part of me before and now that I've been getting back to the gym I'm noticing my booty is getting rounder, but the fat is going too so it's smaller. While I miss my big ass, a well shaped smaller one is fine. Only now it's too small for my hips looking at myself from behind and my new found hip dips are making it look square and I hate it. How can I round out my hips so they're not so square?
HI! I'm new here so I hope im answering your question right. I found that the best thing I've done are side leg raises standing up. stand up, put your left hand on the wall for support, and raise your right leg straight out to your right side, do as many reps as you can and high as you can. As they get easier add wieght, just hold a dumbbell against the leg you are lifting. If you need anymore help message me! I've been working on my booty also! haha
