Has anyone tried the Sam Adams "Longshot" 6-pack? Three winners of Sam Adam's home brew contest have their beers packaged by Sam in a 6-pack. Boisenberry Wheat is f'n kick ass.

George, I could too.

Slappy, I just really don't like either wheat or fruity beers.

No, I've forgotten most of my very, very, extensive vocabulary from that region.

While I adore Stone brewery's beers, I am less fond of the IPA than the ABA. I think my favorite IPA is that of Dogfish Head's.

Here's a very good black ale without the bitterness. It's chocolaty good.

Of course I have! Pffft! Tico, I really have been spouting on and on about Stone for years here. Unfortunately, I can't easily find the stuff on this side of the country.

I know, lk ... you turned me on to ABA ... when I could actually buy it here in Arizona. But I like the their IPA better. I haven't tried the Ruination yet. Might pick some up for a Father's Day gift to myself.

I also haven't tried the Dogfish yet ... I haven't been able to find it here.

And I'm going to try the New Belgium black ale too, based on IB's recommendation.
