Can anyone pls explain which one is correct:
1)"Your project will be evaluated based OFF OF these expectations:"
2)"Your project will be evaluated based ON these expectations:"

Number 2.

Number one sounds like a British Isles construction and sounds a little awkward to the American ear but would be acceptable.
