Is the writing of the para okay?

The interests of the overwhelming majority of the people and the initiative and creativity of the whole society and the entire nation are always the most decisive factors for advancing the cause of the Party and state.

Para? Paragraph?

It's not grammatically incorrect, but it's a little hard to follow the way it's worded. I would suggest starting with "the most decisive factors for..... are..... the interests...... and..... the initiative...." That would make it much clearer.

And if you did mean paragraph, a sentence is generally not considered a paragraph by the language mavens.
