I have reached full retirement age with two boys age 10 and 7, I am still working and paying Child Support and intend to continue working till I am 70 which is just 4 years more God willing, I have started to collect my SS and my two Boys are also getting around $700.00 each month as well, my question, should I be paying child support still as the boys are already getting more from Social Security than they were getting from Child support, I await your response with anticipation.

@pd469,
I understand that - but you can still contact your attorney and ask this question.

Are you or your children disabled?

Is this $700 per month from SS or child support?

@PUNKEY,
One child gets $120 and the other gets $82 per week also they are now collecting from my social security $700 each per month so that adds up to the older child is now getting $1220 and the other$1055.33 per month, the seven hundred each is more than what I am paying for child support thats why I have asked the question.
