Word Challenge

Hey Everyone!

My name is Jocelyn and I'm new to the board. I am a preschool teacher and while I was looking at course materials, I came across an incredible workbook with some word chains. These, of course, are far advanced for my kids but I wanted to see if anyone on here could conquer the "ultimate" word chain...turning work into play.

Follow this example for turning lead into gold: lead--load--toad--told--gold. You can only change one letter at a time, always spelling real words. Using the same technique, let's see if anyone can turn work into play.

Have fun!
-Jocelyn

You're going to have to make them harder than that, Jocelyn-- we're a bunch of smart-asses here.

Well, we can always try to make the progressions faster. Philbus used 9 words...can you get closer to 5? Smile
