Question for women about diaphragms

I'm thinking about getting a diaphragm. I know you have to go to your OB/GYN to get "fitted" for one, but how complicated is it? Is it a long and involved process getting "fitted" and getting the diaphragm from the pharmacy? Does it take long to get used to using it?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I've never used one myself but I would think that having a plastic cup shoved up there has got to feel weird. Smile

It was too uncomfortable for me. I guess you'd get used to it in time but I didn't want to bother with it.
