What is going on here? I don't understand.

Is this the question regarding information on Thailand's Ladies of Evening:

http://www.able2know.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=52686&highlight=

Is that what all the fuss is about? Please clarify. Thank you!

Mathos:-

I have no idea how to do those things.I am only a beginner. You should have more patience with those of us who don't come up to your standards.
Why would I wish to avail myself of those services when this machine is at my disposal?I don't go leaning out of the pub window hectoring passers-by.

You really gotta love KISS_THAILAND though:

At this point K_T has exactly 5 posts. Count 'em. And every single one of them is regarding Thai girls.

Now there's a person who stays on the bloody topic and doth not stray, ladies and gentlemen! You and I could all learn something from this.

Hello Spendius,

I posted a question in Asia section of the forum and someone referred me to you. Would it be possible to get at most 10 minutes of your time please? My e-mail is [email protected] and I am on MSN Messenger. Whatever is convenient for you.

Thank you.

KT I have viewed your queries on Thailand and given suitable response in The Asia section, however, be careful.

Well I hope you change gear, use the indicator's, brakes, windscreen wipers and lights on your motor vehicle, (assuming you drive) when conditions and needs warrant their involvement. Otherwise you may well cause Cyracuz to drive off the road, yet once more. Twisted Evil

Have you noticed how the Yorkshire oaf, projects himself as a hero and then dissapears when the fast bullets fly?

I rather think he is topping up with Dutch courage and preparing further intoxicated concoctions of no impact.

He just needs to get juiced. He'll be back, coming at ya from the fox'ole.

I daresay you and he should join Kiss_Thailand on an asian adventure! Excellent for bonding and all that

Almost the stuff of comic books & Henry Miller and might wake the Proustian in both of you up from its highbrow literature induced mental nap

Shock the Monkey! Sir

EM I am on the point of retiring for the evening. I had no sleep last night, myself and a few friends watched Ricky Hatton defeat Khosta Zhou for the world championship in Manchester. What a superb contest.

I travel Thailand quite often, read some of my earlier postings on The Zimmerman thread and The Eye in the Dollar thread.
I would love to have Spendius in the jungles of Thailand, especially around Mai Horn Sorn, the return journey would be much lighter.

I think you will find Spendius has previously stated that he is afraid to fly!

No, I would rather take a bottle of Singha than Spendius.

A challenge Spendius ! At my expense, I would offer to take you for a seven night trek into the jungles of Laos. We would stay at various hilltribe villages, eat local food, use local streams, rivers, and any pools of water for washing. Bury our waste and have much enjoyment from the hillside ladies.

What say ye ?

I could have gone for that but for the burying the waste thingy. We have our local authorities here who carry out,so to speak, that function and I have often thought as I saw the waste disappear how different it would be if they didn't.To spend the money I assume one would need to spend,to say nothing of the energy and aggravation,in order to have the joy of burying my waste when I could have invested it in the faith I had in Motivator seems to me,and please forbear any protestations, extraordinarily foolish.

One can purchase the food from a large number of cultures at my local shop,or so I have been informed, and I must admit to having tried one or two of them, not that of Laos, but to try to imagine eating it for a whole week makes me feel a little dizzy. The other attractions you mention are not such as to cause me any disquiet that I may be missing something.

Had I not been busy on another thread I might have explained my position in greater detail.

There has been an enormous amount of stuff hereabouts which consists not only of complete ignorance of other people's positions but all round complete ignorance on its own account.

Whether this ignorance is a pose,or a refusal to face up to things or a geniuine ignorance makes little difference because the result is the same i.e.zero progress in any direction except the production of confusion which then itself generates more ignorant debating. There is no philosophy.

There are people on here, shame on them, who are advising strangers on their relationship problems without the slightest knowledge of their personal characteristics. It is as if the stranger is an abstract concept to them simply being used as target practice or for a display of sanctimonious faked concern or virtue of the "oh what a wonderful person I am"mode.

They don't even know that the stranger is genuine.
It is as if just being a female of a certain age is enough for them to know everything they need to know in order to proffer their advice. They have reduced the stranger to a cardboard cut out for their own purposes.

And all this on a philosophy and debate forum. One,just one, paper pellet from the philosophy armour, and you can cut the outrage thrum with a blunt instrument.

Bernard Shaw's prediction that once women get the vote all discourse will revolve around ovaries seems to be taking shape before our very eyes.It isn't very edifying is it-what with a war going on and people getting killed and maimed by the score every day and our whole future in the balance. And a silly schoolgirl crush is at the top of the page of what purports to be the intellectual flagship of A2K couched in terms that are widely available in schoolgirl comics of the romantic type and the whole thing began with the subject admitting to telling lies to her own parents. So she could get her own way-that's what lies are for.

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of the party.Otherwise we might have to rely on Lola.

The phrase 'good men' Spendius. Can you be more specific?

Depending on who or what you were and were you were, if you were at all, Adolf Hitler, Chairman Mao, Joseph Stalin, Lenin, Attila The Hun, Pol Pot and Ghengis Khan, were good men !

You might well end up with a fine body of lunatics, no doubt you would feel at home. Rolling Eyes

I thought it was all good men coming to the aid of their country, not party. Oh well, depend on me at your own risk. I'm as good as any ole good man, I suppose.

Now shall be get back to Salammbo?

Actually, I do have another little short article to write but it won't take long, once I receive the materials. Then I should be free for the remainder of the Summer. This week end, I hope to make it to the beach. So I'm back to reading, if anyone is interested.

Lola:-

I am always interested in intimate social intercourse with an intelligent lady who has the good sense to engage with literature.Alternatives to college strategies. And Flaubert is front rank.
