Penderel's Oak, High Holborn, not far from Holborn Tube Station, Saturday afternoon...shall we say at two? Unless otherwise advised.
I'll be coming down to London on Friday night (probably, Fiona is still talking about coming by train on Saturday, but that's unlikely I think) and so am around anyway.
Gautam or KP are invited to fix up a nice restaurant for the evening.

this was way back on page 58 or so Walter, you didn't question it then!?
Nothing wrong with having Sunday lunch as well!!

8 p m for the Quadrato would seem reasonable - OK?

And for 12-15 people,

Well, okay for me if all is now going on the Saturday. (I'm not that sure that I/we will attend both [complete] days.)

Means more "suit/tie"-style and no jeans/cord trousers?

Hmm ... I know, I should have three somewhere (silver, black and 'modern') (might be even another 'modern'?).

So, since I've still 13 days left to search them ... [I'm sure, they are behind my second set of underwear  ]

Sorry, no jeans, but you don't need a tie for Saturday dinner! My son is HERE so can answer any other questions about the Quadrato you have.

If we have a restricted menu (all the same starter, and preselected main, for example) they can definitely do us a 'group' price.

The McTag party for the meal on Saturday evening is now two persons, as my brother and wife cannot make it.
Maybe we will see them at another time.

Noted, shame but.. on with the motley...
I am asking for quotes for 12-15 people, but I think we can be flexible here. Lucky I am an insider!

Count us in for both days. Well ventilated is good.

Dys and I do clean up every now and then. If I can find something other than jeans for him, he will be socially acceptable in both old and new Europe.

I suppose this means that I can't wear my Homeland Security T-Shirt?

Yikes, my only boots are old and dirty. I NEED to go shopping....

Crickey! I'd not been notified of new posts on this thread and wow! it's a bit like Topsy, it's sure grown!

We've gone from Sunday to Saturday now? I can meet either lunchtime but can't make either evening.

I'd love to meet you all but from what I see, Walter you are going to Saturday. Is that right? If so, that's the one I'll come to .... and expect lashings of fun!!

Well, I'll join the 'crowd' on Saturday evening and the 'masses' on Sunday ... until recent plans are overthrown

I can't make Saturday night but can do either Saturday or Sunday afternoon.

Do we have a concensus as to which of those is better? - Walter appears to be in favour of Sunday, for example.
