Snooping...is it wrong? #2

Hey guys...for those of you that wanted to know what happened to me and the snooping on the husband situtaion, here is what happened.

Not only did I find out what I wanted to know, but I didn't have to tell him how I found out about it and I didn't get in trouble.

What happend was this: Last night we went to his parents house to watch it while his parents were away. A whole house to ourselves all night sounded pretty cool. We invited over a guy friend of ours and the boys got pretty careless. They both ended up praying to the porcilin god by the end of the night. While I was putting my husband to bed he started talking to me about certain things so I decided to slip in the news that I knew about the website thing. Since he was so drunk, all he could do was answer my questions truthfully because he didn't know any better. So I learned that he signed up for those sites to find out if he still had it in him, but would never act on them. He told me that he would never cheat, he just wanted to see if anyone found him attractive. I have known him for a while and know that he doesn't lie when hes that drunk. The next morning he didn't remember a thing so I got away with the information that I wanted without having to pretend to be someone else and be all decieving, and now he has no idea about the snooping. So it really worked out for me, no real harm done.

Oh my.

Short term, no.

As a framework for a relationship...

Glad you're feeling better about things.

Oh my indeed as our sozobe said. I have never heard of a more unique way to garner information that one seeks.

I do hope that things work out for you both.

Hmmmm....I suppose since you have ever so kind enough to stay up with me this entire night long, I'll let you off the hook on that one. Smile

What ARE you doing up so late, anyway, Mr. R.I.??

I've been at it for 5 years so I guess I'm about as adjusted to it as I'm going to get.

It's cool with me and I'm paid well for it so I can't complain.

I recently took a part time job on first shift and I'm adjusting to having to deal with people and their quirky personalities again.

Thread too long on quotes, hence the copy and paste magic arrives!

The public can definitely be an odd lot, can we not? Rolling Eyes
I am pleased that you are well compensated for the work that you do. I understand living on either coast is incredibly expensive. At least I now it is here. You're working more and I am working less....go figure! I took a hiatus from the workaday world til the end of the year. By then maybe I'll have decided what I want to be when I grow up! Smile

If they would only pay me to stay at home and watch cartoons...

you could do what Rodney Dangerfield suggested in Back to School...

stay at home and let your parents worry about you.
