i've heard from various sources that when a fella shaves his 'hair down there' that it heightens his sexual feelings when oral sex is performed on him.. is this true??
Well let's see here.
If you take away hair, that means that any contact will be directly on skin, so there's more contact overall. If you shave your balls for example, it would probably feel better when you're touched/kissed/whatever.
But this is only my common sense side talking, so who knows.
and does it itch like mad afterwards...?
Eh, I've never gone hardwood(bald). Just trim.
I had a girlfriend that made the switch, went from having hair to bald, and for a while she was itching and got razor burn, but I think your skin gets used to it if you keep shaving, so eventually it's fine. It can itch when it's growing in though.
Make sure you shave it in the SAME direction as your hair grows... NOT the other way around dear... This will avoid ingrown hairs, and those are the worst!
Just because we all know you're gonna do it anyway... just do it! See it for yourself. If it itches it itches... oh well... It'll probably go away after a while and then you'll be able to know for sure whether you liked it or not.
I'll give it a go then, i hope i aint scratching my balls in front of her though, that'll hardly make it appealing to her.

If the hair growth is downwards, then you go ahead and shave it in the downwards direction.
use one of those beard trimmers, it does a fine job...trust me
I would assume using a beard trimmer will not get a very close shave, that goes for shaving with the way your hair grows. The best way to get the closest shave is to shave the way your hair grows, then shave it the opposite way....you'll be smoother then a babies butt!
well yea, im not into the bald thing, trimmed tho is the way to go lol

thats weird...guys should just not be bald there... lol neatly trimmed tho...its like a head of hair, its not desired for a man to have no hair or to be all nasty like the boston red sex...keep it like the yankees, well groomed and neat
You'd be surprised at the amount of guys that like to be bald! Sounds like I know from experience, when really I don't, but most of my friends are males....we talk about these things....lol

Yes, plus after asking some women how do they like it the most, most of them have told me that trimmed, not completely shaved; as for the oral sex it will improve it for sure, not only because there's more contact with the skin but also because your babe will be much more eager to perform a porn-star-like-blowjob. At least that's what has happened to me before.
