The other day my boyfriend told me he did a google search of my name and that my Facebook picture came up he said he was able to click on my picture and gain full access to my account , he read all my messages etc and said he was able to access it because I had no security setting . It this possible or is it bullshit ?!

If he was on a computer you used where you told Facebook 'remember my password', then yes, it's possible.
Otherwise, he's full of it.
