Another question..
Is a doorplate must be on the door? If yes, then how to call a plate (the company's name is printed on it etc) that mounted on the wall next to the door? Thank you all again!! Smile

It's a nameplate. It can be on the door, next to the door, or on a desk -- nameplate wherever it is.
