i was juz break up wif my boyfriend....it was very bad feeling...i feel very sad n feel wanna cry everyday..
that guy already got gf...it make me feel heart pain...
i wan to be happy person..how can it cure?????go out wif fren izzit can??but after go back home i feel sad again..
can any1 tell me forget about the problem??

And its ok to cry.
It hurts a lot, I know. It's a grieving process that in order to fully let go, we have to go through. Really sucks huh? There are actually four healing emotions that we should go through to finally be able to accept our loss and then be ready and open for a new chance at loving again.
Anger, sadness, fear and sorrow. They don't have to be in that order.
If you will please allow me to recommend a book to you, I would suggest picking up a paperback copy of John Gray's Mars and Venus Starting Over It's easy to read, it's practical and it actually helped me through two very tough times of losing loved ones.
And don't forget to check in here. These are good people here....

Finding a new bf right now will only dull the pain for a short time, and you'll probably hurt him too because of it. Worry about yourself, and healing YOU!

Will you be too selfish? Heck no!!!! Honey, if we don't take care of ourselves, who else will? We can't expect to find our love and happiness in others when we don't find it in ourselves first. Don't even think about jumping into a new relationship, even if you are tempted to try to "get even" with your ex for doing just that.. You will end up much wiser and much more confident if you ARE a bit selfish right now. Look out for number One....and that is YOU, believe it or not. Don't let another person define who you are. :wink:
