I love it when folks start quoting statistics and say things like "Up to one third of all ballots sent out to voters, an estimated 60% of Le Pen ballots, were destroyed at the time of mailing." So...what...could be 5%, could be 33.3%, just pick a number that works best!
When you have to stick "up to" in front of your statistic, most of your credibility goes away. If an article can't peg an approximate number, they shouldn't be throwing around numbers.
