bright vision and amplified/sensitive hearing

Im a teenage girl of a healthy, maybe a little on the skinny side, weight who doesn't "exercise" but dances and walks to and from school and work regularly. This morning I woke up with a very uncomfortable pain in my abdomen and pressure in my head. I went to use the bathroom and the pressure in my head intensified, abdominal pain persisted, and dizziness arose. Bright, almost white, vision and sensitive hearing to minor noises accompanied the dizziness.

From the little research Ive done, I'm thinking I experienced a migraine but I wanna know if it's something to be worried about. I don't want to see the doctor unless I truly need to.

Has anyone else experienced this? I cannot think of anything other than dehydration that may have caused it to occur.

Thank you.

@chirchri,
How long did it take to come up with such a dangerous bit of advice?
