hope this helps
I was studying for my Latin final tomorrow and came across your post through google. I hope this helps. Being that you posted this about a month ago, I hope that it isn't too little to late.

There are several ways of saying what you want in Latin. I only hope that I don't botch this up too horribly. Anyone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
cena mira - wonderful dinner
cenula mira - wonderful little meal
cibatus mirus - wonderful food or wonderful nourishment
cibus mirus - wonderful food, wonderful fodder, wonderful nourishment, or wonderful sustenance
epulae mirae - wonderful food, wonderful banquet, or wonderful feast (I'm not too sure if I have that one right though.)
pabulum mirum - wonderful food, wonderful nourishment, or wonderful fodder
I believe that you could use salubris or saluber for healthy, but I'm not too sure about the endings for it. Someone else may be able to help with that one. You may be able to us validus for healthy, but I'm not sure if it would have the connotation you're looking for. I do not know how to say "balanced meal" in Latin; however, someone else may post something along those lines.
I hope this helps, but whichever selection you decide to use, you may want to check it with another person first especially since it's going to be the name of your business. Good luck!
