1. Of course it is art! Basically, there isn't a clear definition for arts. If you think it is an art, then it is.
2. They may get a special sensation like goose bumps.
3. Of course, it is okay. Animals like to look beautiful too. I completely agree.
4. Entertainment of gambling nature, such as horse and dog racings, etc.
5. The purpose of the ad is to draw attention from the consumers to buy their product. It should not cost a lot of money.
