Do we all perceive color in the same way

Is the color red the same for you as it is for me.

Maybe if I looked at the world through your eyes I might see what you perceive as red in your brain/mind, as blue is to me

That top one says red, but it looks blue to me. So, I guess not.

What if you were raised to think that was actually the case? That would be weird when you started interacting in society...

I see the the same stop sign as STOP

Another person sees the same sign STOP
