Aren't we done dispensing the tired old Foxworthy clichés yet?
Let's face it, a few of the "faithful" are bound to want to cash in on their "public service"...

The "revolving door" from the private sector to government and vice versa is a Washington tradition indeed.

Why would Ashcroft leave? He can't be unhappy with the Patriot Act. He got the boobs draped. He got to sing about eagles soaring. He even got to fly privately, rather than commercially as had been the case, pre- 9/11.

What could his reason for leaving be?

Personally, I think it's just something being fed to us dessenters to give us hope and then the rug will be pulled out from under us again with a big smirking "Gotcha - Just kidding." Gawd. That Bush. He is such the funny guy.

Who said Rudy? 9/11 is his claim to fame. Before that he was just someone with marital problems and a girl friend on the side. And they complained about Clinton.
