The Catholic Church used to preach no-sex prior to marriage too. In the meantime, look what was going on behind the closed doors of the Sanctuary. Cool

Unsupported claims?

SOmeone better read start reading the law literature on China. So, if there weren't any forced abortions of female babies in China, where did all those dead female fetuses come from?

You ask why so much Bush bashing and then you bring up Clinton?
What has he to do with this discussion?
The reason for the concern is because of the controversy concerning Bush's religious agenda. And this fits the mold

Not forced abortion of female babies, New Haven. Just a limit of one child per couple. The results have followed on an individual basis.

If you read the article it states that even Bush's administration failed to find any indication that there were forced abortions and involuntary sterilizations happening in China.

You know, I don't care to bash Clinton, though I do believe bringing up his record for comparison is perfectly valid--if that's what you're doing. But I find this sudden clarion call that "Bill Clinton is history" to be extremely disingenuous for a number of reasons.

1) The same people who claim he's off-limits now were claiming he was off-limits while in office. "He's president. Let him do his job."

2) The same people who claim he's off-limits now seem more than happy to bring up Bush 41 or Reagan anytime they like. Is there something special about the specific 8 years Clinton was in office that make it off-limits?

3) Nothing. There is no third thing.

TW - I'm not one to bash previous presidents. And, I don't consider what I'm doing here bashing. I'm pulling links that discuss Bush's political actions.
