There could be lots of different problems. What does she say when you push the question?

You need to find out what the problem is. Does she not enjoy sex? Does she have a personal problem with you? You need to talk about it. There are a million reasons this could be happening, and you have to figure out what's at the root of it before you try to fix it.
Don't go out and have an affair. Try and fix it if you can.
