First, please post in normal font color and size-- all this big purple stuff hurts my eyes.
Second, choose whichever topic you like better or know more about.
Third, go to the bookstore and find a text on foreign language testing (there are several in English; I don't know about in Polish); and/or google for 'foreign language testing' -- it produced 1500 pages for me just now-- there should be plenty of sources for you to start with.
Fourth, post your outline here when you've got a plan, and we'll have a look at it.

Hi I am from Poland and I study English at 3rd year. I am going to pass my final exam to get bachelor degree. I have to write a work (about 30 pages),this is my topic: "Techniques of foreign language testing at primary and secondary school" (methodology) My supervisor told me that I should choose one: primary or secondary school.
