How you think we match with each other?

I hear a lot of ppl saying the found their love of their life, just around the corner. Is it proximity then? Is it we don't know any better? Is it insecurity? Is it fear to be left alone in life? Is it compromising? Is it true love?

For me, the main reason is proximity, and this is how I explain in today's Internet era, couples from different countries and cultures to get to together, as Internet has broaden up our meeting spaces.
