Variations in personal hygiene within cultural backgrounds

I am currently studying for my NVQ 3, and have been posed with the following question. What is meant by childrens personal hygiene and the variations in this depending on family cultural backgrounds.
I have answered the first part, but would like any advice on the different variations of personal hygiene within cultural or religious beliefs.
