What are you going to do if the 'Other Guy' wins?

This has been one of the most bitter and divisive Presidential elections of recent memory.

Many voters are not so much voting FOR a particular candidate, as against his opponent.

No matter what your political views, this election is going to be very close and about half the country will be very disappointed come November 3rd.

We are all going to have to face the fact that our chosen 'guy' might very well loose this election.

Just curious as to what your plans are in this eventuality.

(Please no: Bomb the Whitehouse rants. I am really interested in what your plans are.)

In my case, I plan to hold a massive 'Irish Wake' with a large group of my friends. I then plan doing everything in my power to get more Republicans elected to the House and Senate in 2006 to prevent the Kerry administration from doing too much damage to the country for the next four years.

For me...the "other guy" would be Bush.

If he wins...and I think that to be a remote possibility at this point...I will oppose him in every way legally possible.

I will write and rant and fume.

But like I say...I am sure it will not come to that.

I think I'll whine and complain as often as possible.

Well, let's see, if Kerry wins I think I may steal Frank's patented "moron" moniker in order to describe Kerry in each and every one of my posts. Drive him nuts for a change. Twisted Evil

How are things in the Refinery and Petrochemical State ... err I mean the 'Garden State'

I might be heading there next year to catch up with all my old friends, once the snow melts.

Or, as the makers of South Park said last episode:

"Every election comes down to a choice between 'A Big Giant Douche' or 'A Turd Sandwich' "

Will do Frank. I was going to do it this fall, but I just lost my job today so until I get a new one, I'm not spending any money that I don't have to.

When I do decide to come up, I will post a shout out and perhaps you, I and any other A2K'ers in the area can hook up for lunch.

I'd love the oportunity to meet up face to face with some of y'all.
