Do you believe that morality is entirely subjective? Because if it isn't, and there are fundamental rights and wrongs, then surely morality should trump legality. So what do you believe?

Do you have any references about this information that Kerry gave to the enemy?

I also await responsible and well researched sources - other than partisan rantings.

Also, from personal experience, I never committed the atrocities Kerry accused all of us having committing.

Did you Frank?

Since both Kerry , SwiftBoat Vets and I were actually THERE, why would you discount SwiftBoat but not Kerry?

Where is your objectivity?

Nope...me neither, Woiyo.

But that really doesn't matter, does it...because what Kerry actually testified to was that others had testified that they had done those things.

Here is Kerry's testimony on that issue:

Quote:
I would like to talk, representing all those veterans, and say
that several months ago, in Detroit, we had an investigation at
which over 150 honorably discharged, and many very highly
decorated, veterans testified to war crimes committed in
Southeast Asia. These were not isolated incidents, but crimes
committed on a day-to-day basis, with the full awareness of
officers at all levels of command. It is impossible to describe
to you exactly what did happen in Detroit--the emotions in the
room, and the feelings of the men who were reliving their
experiences in Vietnam. They relived the absolute horror of what
this country, in a sense, made them do.

They told stories that, at times, they had personally raped, cut
off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to
human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up
bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion
reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun,
poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of
South Vietnam,in addition to the normal ravage of war and the
normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied
bombing power of this country.

Do you finally get it, Woiyo...or is your partisan blindness so complete that you will not allow yourself to see the truth no matter how presented?

GOD that is hysterical. The vitriol that comes from woiyo regarding Kerry is truly stunning, and then to say he isn't sure who he's voting for?

I guess woiyo is voting for Nader then?

So woiyo, where's this information that Kerry allegedly "gave to the enemy for free"? Are you referring to the "phony war crime charges" the SBV's refer to?

If so, Kerry gave phony information to the enemy for free, and POW's died withholding this phony information, right? Or, is there other information, legitimate, that Kerry gave away for free that you're referring to?

Kerry's comments are being misrepresented by Woiyo...and other Kerry detractors.

Kerry mentioned that other vets had testified that they had done those horrible things.

And apparently they had.

Is Woiyo suggesting that NO atrocities were committed by American troops over in Vietnam?

Dookie - there are other choices besides Bush Kerry and Nader.

Frank - I never said no atrocities were committed. I resent that Kerry broadly painted every soldier as a war criminal, said he himself committed war crimes then met with the enemy and admitted the same DURING the war.

Apparently, you find meeting with the enemy acceptible. I am glad we are on different sides.

Considering the kinds of distortions in which you regularly engage, Woiyo...so am I.
