ecoli infected dysentry

i am an ecoli infected dysentry patient for 2 years,i have taken many medicines eg,metodine,metodine df,vibramycin,entmizole ds,flagel, etc.. but i did not recover yet, i have no blood stools, i have defecations 2 times a day,some times 3,4 times,i feel only good a little from taking melons,is there any other foods that might be healthy for me, or what should i do to get rid of it? please must consult me,thanks a lot
