if i take pure sugar cane juice(not cold)about 300 ml daily,can it cause diabetes in long run because it has so much sugar,i have no diabetes,please reply me ,thanks a lot
To the best of my knowledge, there is no clinical evidence that intake of sugar in any form causes diabetes.
You can drink all the sugar you want, just make sure you excercise and burn it off. Obesity is the number one cause of diabetes. There are genetic factors as well.
