A lawsuit has been filed already concerning people in national guard having to serve beyond their enlistment time. Bush put a "stop loss" program in place that prevents people from leaving when their time is up. So it is not a matter of people just not wanting to fulifll their commitment. It is matter of forcing people to serve the military because we are over extended and do not have enough military people to serve everywhere they are needed.
