American conservatives were MC arthyists at the time right? They inserted "under god" into the pledge of alegiance to underline the difference between america and Soviet, percecuted unbelivers and anyone who proposed government programs to alieviate poverty. I can easily see how that can be construed as being on the wrong side of history.

Well, actually I was specifically talking about that conservative named Ronald Reagan and the battle he waged against Communism in the 1980s.

So you are saying that the E.U., simply because they don't like Bush, would intentionally not help the people of the U.S. if they could, and you would be supportive of that?

cjhsa - Bush has hurt support for America in many parts of the world. I can't imagine how that could be news to anyone who reads a paper, listens to the radio.

Not exactly sure how or why the EU would get involved in this in any case.

As Chiron is a major manufacturer of the flu shots IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, my guess is the E.U. will have their own concerns regarding any shortages.
