Men are always better than women. Women are very inferior creatures. But with Men, some Men are better than other Men and with women some women are better than other women. But you judge the two sexes independently.
They are not quite different "species" but they are very different.
There is a song "Blood runs through our veins but that's where the similarity ends" - good song. There is another song "Every woman has the Devil inside". Up to you what you think of that one.
