"Everything ends" in latin?

omni fatalis (as in deadly)

omni terminat (end, cut off)

omni finit (limit, end)

Try those.

ok, he is getting a tattoo, with "love" "hate" and inbetween them but a little bit lower "everything ends".

from the very little i know.
amor means love.
odio means hate.(or maybe contemno?)
if i am wrong, please correct me

which do you think would be the best choise of words?

he loves the idea of latin being the root of spoken word. this is why he wants it.

They sound about right. I would choose the first one for "everything ends". As for "odio", I think the nominative form is "odium". You have the singular ablative or dative form, which is used with most prepositions or as an indirect object. If the word is just standing on its own (not in a sentence), the nominative form should work.
