Condom wrapper found on bed, am I being paranoid?

My boyfriend of almost 2 years(32) and I (27) have been living together for a year and tonight going to bed I found a corner of a used condom wrapper on the end of our bed. He had no idea where it came from and neither do I. I trust my partner 100%, he gives me no reason to ever suspect anything, never hides his phone and doesn't go out much alone. I know he loves me very much and would do anything for me. But as I am the one that cleans our room ie sweeping etc regularly, I am baffled as to where it came from and straight away the obvious explanation haunts me, unfortunately. We recently got a new adventurous kitten that roams our house, which is rented I might add, and we also have a dog. He says one of those could have found it anywhere in our house, or it could have came in on our shoe, clothing etc. But even if any of these are the case how could it specifically end up on the end of our bed? He's gone to sleep saying I'm being ridiculous and that he has a clean conscience so he knows he has nothing to worry about but can anyone justify any of this for me or even been in a similar situation?

If your bed was made, the wrapper got there after you made it. Was he alone in the apartment today? If not, then it must've have gotten there some other way. (I mean other than your boyfriend dropping it there when he was having sex with another girl) If he had made the bed after his infidelity he couldn't have missed it, right? If the bed wasn't made it may have been floating around on your bed for quite a while and so his sexual adventure could have occurred some days ago. It may have been stuck to his butt and got onto the bed when he sat down to untie his shoes...how did a piece of condom wrapper get stuck to your boyfriends butt? Bench in the subway? The cat finding it and depositing it on your bed is a stretch, but then again anything is possible.
I guess what the real question is whether you trust him or not. If you do, then the cat left the wrapper for you. If you don't, he's cheating on you.
I know this doesn't seem like any help at all, but I've never met you or your
boyfriend and so I can't say if he's trustworthy or not or if your too naïve. You'll have to decide.

We had a mystery at my house a few months ago. It's still unsolved.

My husband comes up to me and says "What's this?' I turn around and he's holding a strip of condoms, like 4 or 5 of them at least.

I leaned in to look, and say "Condoms" I mean, what else could I say?

He asked "Where did these come from?"
I replied "How the hell should I know? Where did you get them?"

I forget what he said, but it wasn't like in a drawer or anything.

He looked at me funny, and I just said "Oh God, don't even think about it.", and walked away.

That's the last I heard of it.

I know strange things occur from time to time. I don't know if you read about my mousetrap mystery.... I think the OP is haunted by a nagging doubt, but how can any of us possibly guess where that condom wrapper came from? If I was close friends with them maybe I would have some insight into their character and could offer a theory, otherwise I got nuthin'.

So, where do you think the condoms came from, considering I'll be married 23 years on 1/1, and husband had vasectomy years before we met?

Maybe the cats are running a brothel when we're both out.

Happy Anniversary! Condoms are tricky little things, huh? Sneaking around in lot's of people's houses. He didn't say where he discovered them? It's tough to speculate without details.

He said he thinks he found them on top of an end table in a corner in a room in the back of the house. FYI it's a place where if we have to work on something in the house we move whatever is there to that area temporarily to get it out of the way.

Then he said he thought about it after he asked me and realized they must have been Calvins. Calvin is a friend of his that a while back became homeless and needed to store some of his belongings until he found a place. He did eventually and got his stuff, apparently missing the condoms.

All I know is I knew they weren't mine, and why would he have brought them to my attention if they were his?

Neither one of us can figure out where all the green soup bowls have got to either. That one bothers me. I know I broke one, and a couple of them are probably at neighbors houses, but where are the rest?

I'm only 50 years old and I swear I'm not senile, but sometimes I'll look for something and won't be able to find it. I look in several places where I think it might be, and nothing. Then a couple of days later, there it will be in one of the places I looked...?!? I don't know.

Are you 100% sure it's a piece of a condom wrapper? Is it possible at all that you are mistaking it?

Do you do laundry at home or do you go to a laundry mat? If you don't do it at home there is a chance you picked it up from someone else's stuff.

Any friends have a key or neighbor? Could they have been there without you knowing?

Do you ever have blackouts? Have moments if your day that you can't recall or remember?

Hi there, we had the exact same thing happen to us and it caused alot of tension between us for a few days until we found out...It was some friends of ours that had a key to our house, and came over for some "Risque Business" while we were gone for the weekend. It almost wrecked our marriage! Needless to say, we took our keys back!

We also found a wrapper and some unused condoms from a pack in our bedroom after we came back from a trip over the weekend. They were right behind the nightstand next to the bed. Since I work from home, my wife immediately suspected me of something and it caused alot of problems for us. As it turns out, we too had friends that had spare keys to our house (to feed our pets while while we were gone). They got someone to watch their kids and then decided to try out our bed. This caused a big problem between my wife and I until we found out. I even had to spend the night at a friend's house one night because my wife was so upset.

I also remembered something else. This is an apartment right? The landlord may be coming into your apartment when you aren't there. I just remembered many years ago when I was out of college, I rented a basement apartment from a female landlord. When I was gone for the day or for the weekends with my girlfriend at the time, my Landlord would sometimes come down and screw her boyfriend or whatever guy she was seeing at that time on my bed and my futon. Then after they were done, she would clean it up. I always wondered why by bed covers and futon spelled so good. She was washing them and putting febreze on them.
