Could somebody help me with following sentence?

"Peccat qui male cogitat non falitur"

That's roughly "He who thinks bad (stuff) sins (and) doesn't remain undetected". Sorry 'bout the bad English. I'm sure you can put it in some more poetic form.

BTW it's "fallitur" not "falitur"
