What are possible alternatives to writing "that being said," "having said that," "that said." i want the alternatives to mean the same thing too, not kind of sort of the same thing.
"be that as it may", i already know of and i don't like it

Maybe things like "notwithstanding that" or "nonetheless," or "even so" would work, depending on the context.

That's not quite the same context. I don't think the aim is to summarize, but to contrast a previous statement while clarifying that it's still true.
