Interesting you would post this as turning up campaign rhetoric, Larry. The networks were notified that it was supposed to be a speech regarding major iraq policy info and aired the speech. Turns out it was just a campaign speech - and he got a free 1 hour commercial.

ALL of Bush's speeches now are campaign speeches...as are Kerry's.
