Hi everyone,

Please help in checking grammar for the following content.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

"ABC initiated status review of partnership in FY16. We could complete the review on time because of active participation from all offices.

Summary:
Total 30 offices: 24 Okay and 6 Not Okay
19 Group A offices: 6 Okay and 13 Not okay
11 Group B offices: Not okay
Please refer attachment for detailed findings.

ABC will perform readiness assessment for XYZ in FY17. Top Management has recognized the necessity of XYZ and included in ABC’s Partnership Management Policy on Information Management.

You will receive an email from us on November 15 with action items and target dates.
BCD ([email protected]) will send a meeting invite with the necessary information for carrying out activities for your respective office.

We expect the same amount of support received previously. We are looking forward to working with you for making and maintaining offices XYZ compliant"

CS, it's pure guesswork. Doubtless we'll hear more soon

Okay is not a formal business English word, and why do you spell it with a capital O sometimes and a small o other times?
