Knee Cartilage replacement! - Please help!

I am looking for information on cartilage replacement (grown from the patients own cells), anyone with any information please help!

I am told this is available and can not find much information on the procedure and places which actually do this.

As far as I know of this may be my last resort before a total knee replacement (?).
