The war on drugs - can the meth battle be won?

My local paper is running a very interesting series about methamphetamine use which is a huge problem here in the western part of the U.S.

It is a five part series (part two ran today) and its long (be prepared to read) but it is really worthwhile.

I've found it fascinating reading and I though some of you might too....
