Gas stations raised prices 20 cents per gallon this week anticipating a loss of refining capacity because of Hurricane Ivan in the Gulf. Ivan missed the refineries, so when should we expect a refund? Or will prices drop 40 cents next week to make up the difference?
I read somewhere that gas prices will be dropping 40 cents next week to make up the difference.
I forget the name of the magazine, but it was the same one with the story about Elvis still being alive and living in Argentenia with Osama Bin Laden and Jimmy Hoffa.
They may offer you a free plastic coffee mug with your next fill up.
They need the extra just in case there's another near disaster in the future.
The gas price hikes have been really pissing me off. I mean, raise the gas prices if you need to, relatively speaking (relative to much of the rest of the world) gas here is cheap. But, quit the pre-emptive bullhookie.
the only thing that should be hiked is a skirt...
