INFO : im currently 117kg and 1.80cm long
6 weeks ago i weighed 126kg, started dieting and doing dumbell workouts at home and lost 9kg in 6 weeks, now my question is, will i get loose skin and how can i prevent it, because getting loose skin is my biggest fear and i would even consider surgery when that day comes,
