How you are able to link the Oil for Food program with nuclear weapons programs is beyond me, but let me just say that money != weapons.
If you are asserting that Iraq was using Oil for Food money to rebuild its weapons programs then I think maybe you could demonstrate how that is so. The fact is that no weapons or even programs have been found. You pretty much acknowledged this earlier when you said 'in hindsight' was so important to include in my statement.
