What has been your history of perceiving the suit?

@Thomas33,
That's the current state of politics in the US. Trump may win the presidency, and the remaining 50%ers are helpless. The older, white, uneducated are the ones who are supporting Trump. They want to stay poor. Trump will make sure of that.

@cicerone imposter,
Not only the older white guys but the younger as well. Those that can't seem to think for themselves and are susceptible to the fear mongering propaganda machine of the political right.

@TomTomBinks,
Do you think that suits would exist now if it weren't for generations 100's of years ago?

@Thomas33,
If people hundreds of years ago didn't exist, they would not have had descendants that would eventually develop the suit.

@TomTomBinks,
Would you agree that life on other planets will perceive the suit, having the exact same history with the suit as people on Earth have had?

@Thomas33,
Quote:
Towards the end of the 19th century, the modern lounge suit was born as a very informal garment meant only to be worn for sports, in the country, or at the seaside. Three men in black tie variations.
Parallel to this, the dinner jacket was invented and came to be worn for informal evening events.

@cicerone imposter,
If life on Earth is certain to be reflected on other planets, it must be a given that humanity's history with the suit is reflected.
What do you think of this?

@Thomas33,
That may be true based on sex and how most cultures learned to cover their genitals.
