I am 60 yr old female. Just found out by Ancestry DNA my dad is not my biological father. Two months later he passed away. My mother is alive in her 80's and refuses to accept it. The test does not lie. I am praying she will open up to me but I do not know if she will.
Any suggestions as to where I can get help.? I must protect her identity at present.
Thanks

@Appleofeye7,
How did you get your dad's DNA?

Actually, the test can "lie":

For about 60 years there has been a man in your life whom you called father and your mother says is your father. Accept that he is your father.
Forget the DNA test.
Why did you get his DNA tested in the first place ?
