Hiv/Stds risk...

I got into an event about 2 weeks ago...
Unprotected oral.. few sec.
Protected viginal sex.
I got whole bodyache and feeling week.. tinggling itchy at the groin area for the pass few days..
No puss coming from the tip of penis just tingling feel.
Fingers and toes feeling small sharp pain on and off
I got a cut near to the groin area but what i can rememeber is the cut is not fresh cut. Is more then 20hrs(1day) before i got the abraion.. the abrasion is i try to squeeze a blackhead pimples ended up i injured the skin surface and cos abit of blood.
I remember he viginal fluids did touches the area as she is wet. And after encounter i shower there abit of pain when water runs tru.

For that am i in risk??
The lesion, diarrehea has already recovered.
Now is my bodyache, muscule ache, back neck ache and urine very often, chill sometimes ,whole body feel so warm, and penis tip sometimes tinggling and soft sharp pain type.

If i caught with any infections.. how long will symptoms appear...
